Conditions To Return & Exchange
You may exchange or return a Simona Constantine Jewellery piece purchased online if it is unused and in the same condition as you received it.
Simona Constantine Jewellery pieces must be in their original packaging (box shopping bags)
Online order confirmation receipt must be provided.
Exchange & Return Process
To initiate an exchange or return, please contact us via email at [email protected] WhatsApp at +971 54 449 7723. Kindly provide your name and order number, and we will confirm your request for exchange or return.
Once your exchange or return request is approved:
1. UAE Returns: We will send you a return shipping label and arrange a courier to collect the jewelry, brand packaging, and authenticity card.
2. Rest of the World: We will send you a payment link for the return shipping cost. Once the payment is made, we will provide you with a return shipping label and arrange for the courier to collect the jewelry, brand packaging, and authenticity card.
3. After we receive the returned items, they will undergo Simona Constantine quality control. If the return is for an exchange, we will send you a new order confirmation and a courier label for the exchanged item.
Refund Process
1. Refunds will be processed after we receive and approve the returned items.
2. Payment will be refunded via the same method used for the original purchase.
3. If you paid via Tabby, the refund will be processed according to Tabby's terms and conditions.

Online Orders Exchange & Refund Policy
In the rare event that your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, you may request an exchange or return as long as the item is unused and in the same condition as you received it. The jewelry must be in its original packaging with tags intact.
1. One Exchange per Invoice: Only one exchange per invoice is allowed, provided the jewelry remains in its original condition.
2. Before Accepting Delivery: Please check that the packaging is intact before accepting delivery. If the packaging is damaged or tampered with, do not accept the delivery. Contact us on [email protected] with your order reference number.
3. Refunds: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (e.g., if you paid via credit card, the refund will be credited to the same account). Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the Cardholder's issuing bank.
Requests made beyond 7 days of the invoice date will not be entertained.·
