6. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of fine jewelry, we only accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
1. The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery
2. Return request is made within 7 days of delivery
3. The product is unworn, unaltered, and in its original packaging
Customized, engraved, or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless defective.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
